Who is responsible for your data

CRAFX Studio LLP, Ajmera Sikova, Damodar Park, Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai 400086, India, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For anything on this page, write to hello@crafxstudio.com.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, the budget range you select and whatever you write about your project.

When you email or message us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and keep a record of the project.

When you apply for a role, we collect what you send through our application form, which is a Google Form.

We also collect basic, non identifying usage data such as pages viewed and rough location, through website analytics.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver your project. To send you information you asked for. To keep our own business records, including invoices and tax records. To improve the website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the studio except the service providers listed below.

Payments and card details

We never ask for card details by email, by message or on this website, and we never see or store them.

Payments are collected through Razorpay and PayPal. When you pay an invoice you are on their secure pages, and your card or bank details are handled entirely by them under their own privacy policies and the applicable payment card security standards.

Before entering payment details, check that the web address starts with https:// and is hosted at razorpay.com or paypal.com. We only receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and the invoice it relates to.

Service providers we use

Vercel hosts this website. Google provides our email, forms and spreadsheets, and our enquiry records are stored there. Razorpay and PayPal process payments. These providers only get the information they need to do their job, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.

Some of these providers store data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on their standard contractual protections.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file your browser stores. On your first visit we ask before storing anything the site does not need to work. Choose Allow or Only what is needed; both are a single tap, and you can change your answer at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

If you allow, Google (Analytics and Ads) may set cookies to measure how the site is used and which of our ads brought you here. None of their cookies are set until you allow, and if you choose Only what is needed, none are set at all.

In the European Union, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland nothing from these providers loads until you allow. Elsewhere, Google's tag loads with consent denied: it sets no cookies and sends Google only basic, cookieless signals (such as that a page was viewed) until you allow.

To know which of these rules applies, the site keeps your two-letter country code, taken from your connection, in a cookie called crafx-cc for the rest of your visit. It is needed for the site to respect your choice and is not used for anything else.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to three years so we can pick up a conversation later. Project and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Job applications are kept for one year unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@crafxstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you asked to hear from us and changed your mind, tell us and we will stop.

Security

We use reputable providers, limit who on the team can see enquiry data, and protect our accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents by unsecured email.

Children

This site is meant for business use and is not directed at children under 18.

Other websites

Our site links to other websites, including social media. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing anything with them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
