Who we are

This website is operated by CRAFX Studio LLP, a design studio registered in India, with its studio in Mumbai. In these terms, "we", "us" and "the studio" mean CRAFX Studio LLP, and "you" means the person using the site.

Using this website

You may browse the site, view our work and contact us. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a scale that affects others, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may update or remove any part of the site at any time. We aim to keep it available, but we cannot promise it will never be offline.

Our work and intellectual property

Everything on this site, including our designs, case studies, images, text, the CRAFX name and the CRAFX logo, belongs to CRAFX Studio LLP or to our clients, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may not copy, reproduce or republish any of it for commercial use without our written permission. Client names and marks shown in our work remain the property of those clients.

For commissioned projects, ownership of the final approved deliverables passes to the client once all invoices are paid in full. Working files, unused concepts and our own tools and processes stay with the studio unless your agreement says otherwise. We may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless we have agreed in writing not to.

What you send us

When you send us a brief, files, logos, photography, text or any other material, you confirm that you have the right to use them and to let us use them for your project.

You agree to cover us for any claim that arises from material you supplied, for example a claim that an image you gave us infringes someone else copyright.

Quotes, projects and payment

Prices shown on this site are indicative. Every project is quoted individually and confirmed in a written proposal.

Unless your proposal says otherwise, projects start once the advance payment is received, and the balance is due before final files are released. Invoices are issued through Razorpay or PayPal. Taxes apply as per Indian law.

Timelines depend on feedback and material arriving on time. Delays on approvals move the delivery date by the same amount.

Cancellations and refunds

Our refund and cancellation terms are set out on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

Third party links and services

The site may link to other websites, and we use third party services such as Razorpay for payments and Google for forms and analytics. We are not responsible for the content or the policies of those services. Please read their terms before you use them.

Liability

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
