Refund and Cancellation Policy

No refunds on design work

All design services, including brand identity, packaging, print, web and UI design, motion, 3D and AI video, are custom services delivered as digital files. Nothing is shipped.

Once work has started, payments and advances are non refundable, whether or not the work has been completed, because studio time has already been reserved and spent on your project.

How payments work

Unless your proposal says otherwise, an advance is payable before work begins and the balance is payable before final files are released. Payments are collected through Razorpay or PayPal.

Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law and shown on your invoice.

If you cancel

You can stop a project at any time by telling us in writing. We will stop work and invoice for everything completed up to that point, at the agreed rates.

Any advance already paid is retained by the studio and set against the work done. If the work completed exceeds what has been paid, the difference is payable.

If we cannot continue

In the rare case that the studio cannot complete a project, we will tell you as soon as possible and hand over everything produced so far. Any amount you have paid for work we have not done will be returned to you within 10 working days, to the original payment method.

Revisions instead of refunds

Every project includes the revision rounds set out in your proposal. If something is not right, tell us and we will fix it within that scope. Requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before we start.

Printing and production

Where we arrange printing or production on your behalf, those costs follow the supplier terms. Printing is reprinted at our cost only where the error is ours. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect specifications or files supplied by you or your printer.

Retainers and ongoing work

Retainer fees are billed in advance for each period and are non refundable. Unused hours do not carry over. Either side may end a retainer with 30 days written notice, and the current period is payable in full.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice, or a payment fails and is still debited, write to hello@crafxstudio.com with the transaction details. Confirmed duplicate payments are returned in full within 10 working days through Razorpay or PayPal.
